Tai Chi benefits include calming the mind, relieving stress and fatigue; improving sleep, comfort and flexibility; tone and strengthen muscles. Tai Chi helps us to become very aware of our body and mind in time and space, to prevent falling.
I’m Sue Michaelsen, Certified Teacher of Tai Chi and Chi Kung. My studies include training with and Certification from Doctors of Eastern and Western Medicine in the United States, Canada and China.
Classes are offered at Rock Valley College, Rockford University, Michaelsen Studio, Your Home, Worksite and Event. Massage and Acupressure Therapy are by appointment.
